Returns Policy 

Unsuitable items must be returned to Treasures Boutique, 9-13 High Street Arbroath, DD11 1BE, within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

You will need to return goods with the original receipt to us in their original condition, unworn and complete with all labels.  We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. Please ensure you include your name, address and order number in the returned package.

We are unable to accept and refund items such as baby gifts, beauty products, hats, fascinators, earrings, slippers, socks and underwear due to hygiene reasons but this does not affect your statutory rights.

If you wish to return an item or items paid for with a Treasures Gift Voucher, we will only be able to issue you with another Gift Voucher to the value of the item(s) returned.

The item returned is still your responsibility until received by Treasures Arbroath. We strongly recommend that you return the goods via a delivery service that requires a signature on receipt, insurance to the purchase value and is trackable online.

Exchanges cannot be done online but you may exchange any item in the boutique as long as it is in its original condition, unworn with labels on, and proof of purchase is provided.
